Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BrowserBox, a product of DOSAYGO Corporation USA ("DOSAYGO", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use BrowserBox.

2. Licensing

BrowserBox v10 and all subsequent versions require a valid license key for any use, including evaluation, personal, or commercial purposes. Licenses are available as follows:

• Commercial License: Purchase via sales@dosaygo.com.
• Non-Commercial Evaluation License: Obtain via waitlist.

Any use without a valid license is prohibited. Unlicensed instances will display "Your copy of BrowserBox is unlicensed" for 2 minutes before shutting down.

3. Usage Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify BrowserBox to bypass licensing or enforcement mechanisms.
• Use BrowserBox for illegal activities or to harm others.
• Distribute BrowserBox without a commercial license agreement.

Violation of these restrictions may result in license termination and legal action.

4. Analytics Collection

We collect usage data (e.g., runtime, license status) to ensure compliance and improve BrowserBox. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

BrowserBox is (c) 2024 DOSAYGO Corporation USA. Source code is available under the Polyform Noncommercial License or commercial licenses. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Warranty and Liability

BrowserBox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DOSAYGO is not liable for damages arising from its use, except as required by law.

7. Termination

We may terminate your license for non-compliance with these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of BrowserBox.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, USA. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Beaverton, Oregon.
